In reality, it has no such ability, nor does it even understand the meaning or the nature of the act of observation. Yet it is arrogant enough to pretend that it understands everything, simply because it has a symbol (word) for it and because it can mentally argue its position, its (limited) point of view.

Nothing that the ego understands or names is observation! For “to observe” you need to separate yourself from the ego, see the existing (yet hidden until you consciously will it) space between the ego and yourself. The very act of non--identification, of separation, is uncomfortable and painful on its own. But it is what can lead you to observation and its true function. You cannot accomplish observation without non-identification. It cannot be done. The ego will always take you back to criticism, naming it “observation”.

You can always detect which you are really engaging in – no matter what you name it – by where this leads you. If you find yourself perceiving outside threats, a separation between you and others and if your expressions (through action) seem unchanged, then you know you have been criticizing through the ego, allowing it to draw you into its limiting reality. If you are really observing, you are “magically” led to learning, to consciously discovering aspects of yourself and of others that you weren’t aware of before. You begin to understand the connection and feel grateful for all that helps you expand. Your expressions (actions) begin to change, as you shift to becoming more of your Self.

Balance is inevitable

This is a time when much will be revealed. You need to have sharpened your observational skills in order to really be aware of what is being played out.

Will it be messy? It already is and we can make it even messier. Will it be amazing? It already is and we can make it even more so, if we so choose to. Frankly, it is not a matter of going either way. We are at a place of our evolution when it is going both ways, at high speeds. This is a huge challenge for the programmed, linear mind that does not comprehend and finds the whole concept utterly illogical. Consequently, it will try to enforce the “either way” concept, to justify and verify its existence, at all cost. Of course, it is a lost battle, but the programmed mind does not know this nor does it want to get out of its one-sided perception. Currently, the greatest battles will/are being fought, to prove either perception, to justify and amplify the polarity that it supports.

Yet balance is inevitable. When each polarity is pushed to its limits, the other is equally amplified too. In full circle they collide and merge into one another, creating something totally new that emerges from the union. By wanting to avoid the collision, they hinder the union that paradoxically is wanted.

More and more this battle of duality is surfacing, as this is the age of revelation. Never before has there been a time when truth is not, nor can it, be hidden. True intentions, true feelings, true beliefs, true goals are all exposed or admitted. Transparency is unavoidable and inescapable.

Kymatica: expanding consciousness

Kymatica focuses on human and universal consciousness and goes deeper into the metaphysical aspects of reality.

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results." People think that they are detached when they substitute one rule with another, one belief for another. How pathetically ignorant! They just kid themselves by swapping things around, by seeing different views from the same intelligent, multi-dimensional system, with its many holograms.

You can realize this only if you are courageous enough to move, to shift perceptions, to investigate without the need to defend or hold on to anything that you think you know.

Then, a cataclysmic realization comes to you that EVERYTHING is perception, that you have never actually been “out” of the machine, just seen and experienced many parts of programming in the program. These so called “securities” that you have worked “so hard” to achieve, will one by one be taken away from you, just as easily as you were led to believe they were your “birthright”. Whoever invested in anyone or anything besides their Self, is in for huge surprises. This is Justice, according to Universal Law and not according to man-made laws. Whether the egos like it or not – and they don’t – we WILL, each in our own time (for this is an individual path first and foremost) learn to function within the Universal Laws, whatever it takes to realize them, for we ARE spirit having a physical experience.

Work and play have long been separated (as has everything else) because the mind that perceives (and makes the rules) is a split mind, initially torn apart. Therefore, the matrix (programming and perception based on a split mentality) emerged, which you have no power to challenge, as long as you are totally engaged in it, seeing what it wants you to see.

ADD and Monday mornings

<img border="0" height="227" i$="true" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-qJU5Q2fp94U/TgCUOYVSKhI/AAAAAAAAAbw/xbpDRCDtRBM/s320/daydream-1.jpg" width="320">

Monday morning. Monday’s are always a challenge for me, more than any other day of the week. Sometimes more and other times less, I find it a challenge to “return” to a schedule and to concentrate on a “stricter” and more programmed day. More so, no Monday is a “return” for me, as each Monday is different, I am different and everything that consists of “my everyday life” is different too. Words can never really describe my inner reality, as they are so limited and the inner reality so vast. I certainly know how the ADD children and adults feel because – accepting the “title” just for understanding’s sake – I am one of them.

It takes time to “get into” something and it takes time to “get out of” it too. It is not an easy process and certainly is not a mechanical one for me. On the other hand, that is how I devote myself to what I choose, giving myself the freedom to block everything else out, stop time and be totally in the here and now. Whatever does not suit my present psycho-physical-mental needs, gets “thrown out” of my current reality, in order to protect my energy and focus it deliberately on what is essential to me."

Temple Grandin: The world needs all kinds of minds

Temple Grandin, diagnosed with autism as a child, talks about how her mind works -- sharing her ability to "think in pictures," which helps her solve problems that neurotypical brains might miss. My husband rushed me to hospital, where, after doing scans, they diagnosed me with grade 4B lymphoma (the highest grade). The senior oncologist looked at my report and told my husband that it was too late, and that my organs were now shutting down. I only had 36 hours to live. However, the oncologist said he would do whatever he could but prepared my husband that I would most likely not make it, as my organs were no longer functioning. They started me on a chemotherapy drip as well as oxygen, and then they started to take tests, particularly on my organ functions, so that they could determine what drugs to use.

I was drifting in and out of consciousness during this time, and I could feel my spirit actually leaving my body. I saw and heard the conversations between my husband and the doctors taking place outside my room, about 40 feet away down a hallway. I was later able to verify this conversation to my shocked husband. Then I actually "crossed over" to another dimension, where I was engulfed in a total feeling of love. I also experienced extreme clarity of why I had the cancer, why I had come into this life in the first place, what role everyone in my family played in my life in the grand scheme of things, and generally how life works. The clarity and understanding I obtained in this state is almost indescribable. Words seem to limit the experience – I was at a place where I understood how much more there is than what we are able to conceive in our 3-dimensional world. I realized what a gift life was, and that I was surrounded by loving spiritual beings, who were always around me even when I did not know it.

“Self-knowledge”: one word, different meanings

Words do not have one objective meaning. Each person gives them the meaning that best relates to his point of views, needs, intentions and way of life. Words change meaning according to time and culture. One of these, “modern” and perhaps misunderstood words is “Self-knowledge”.

Psychoanalysis explains “Self-knowledge” as therapy. The psychoanalyst (psychiatrist or psychologist) helps the patient to recall past experiences that are suppressed in the subconscious, in order to discover the cause of his problems. Psychotherapy is interested in the “why”, therefore the main time span it deals with is the past.

Although this process can offer some relief and a few answers, it remains an extremely long, tiring and anti-economic one (not only moneywise but also as far as time and energy are concerned). It is doubtful if this process can alter the overall view one has of life or change a neurotic way of living, by discovering the past cause. Self-analysis and self-therapy cannot be achieved, therefore a dependency-relationship is formed between patient and therapist.

On the other side, in today’s “fast-food” society, which seeks easy solutions and fast results, Self-knowledge has a different meaning. It is called “Coaching”. This is where new trends of “positive thinking” (such as “The Secret”) and New Age gurus fit in. Coaching deals mainly with the future, attempting to change the client’s behavior so that he achieves the goals he desires. This is usually a rapid procedure (one to five sessions), where specific matters and issues are dealt with. The coach suggests behaviors that are more appropriate and indicates what the client should do in practice.

<a during summer when we relax, when we have more free time, when all that suitably hold our attention, temporarily move out of the picture.

Most intimate relationships are conventional. They are transactions based on profit, compromise and power. A harmonious intimate relationship, truly rare, not only in our time but also in the past, consists of other qualities.

Self-knowledge
Both partners must have gained, each for themselves, the basics of self-knowledge that is a necessary foundation for a harmonious relationship. You must have learned how to live by yourself and to have a healthy relationship with your self. The relationship that we have with others is a reflection of the relationship that we have with our self.

Devotion
Devotion does not mean attachment or dependence. It is the willful focus of attention on the other and on the relationship. It is your own free choice to want to be there, to place yourself and the other (equally) at the center of your world. It is firstly a mental and psychic devotion that is reflected, in turn, on the outer, physical level, where it is expressed as “attraction”, when we are in love.CompassionCompassion is not pity. It is a higher emotion that includes understanding, trust and offering. It is a transcendence of the Ego whereas pity is identification with the Ego.

Compassion is the honest intention to find out what the other is thinking, to feel what they feel, to understand their needs, to dare to become aware of their perception, not identify with it or adopt it.

You trust them to discover their own answers as you trust yourself to do the same. You offer your help where needed without taking responsibility for their actions. You let go of the need for control; that things happen the way you want them to, at the time you want. You remain true to the virtues and principles that are common between you.
CourageThe willingness to abandon what you are in order to become what you can be requires courage. The Ego feels threatened in the unknown. It does not let go of the past and the future because they safeguard its very existence. Love and the real Self exist only in the present.

Courage is the ability to choose with distinction. Sometimes you need to say “no”, in order to offer the opportunity of re-examination and re-establishment of self. Change is a continuous process and your choice to remain together a daily one that you need to make consciously.

Conscious communication
Communication is not that we have learned to do: hypothesize, judge, interpret, compare and criticize. It requires that you really listen. You cannot listen while you are preparing your answers, when you already have an opinion or when you have already chosen your actions.

If you have acquired a healthy communion with yourself, you will be capable of listening to the other as you listen to the various parts inside of you. You are willing, peaceful and secure to exist in whichever reality because nothing external can threaten the unity and the wholeness that you experience inside you.

Conscious communication does not concern speech only. It is a whole procedure that involves being sensitive, observing, sympathizing and accepting that which is (and not that which you want of you believe should be). It is a continuous confrontation with the Ego and not the other person. Above all, conscious communication has more to do with questions, which you are willing to make because you do not have the need for ready-made answers.

The experience of self-knowledge

Self-knowledge is the “how” that gives meaning to the already existing process of living. No theory or description can replace the action that self-knowledge is. Describing can point to it, but the actual experience is always subjective.

The experience of life through self-knowledge resembles the experience of (natural, without technical intervention) labor. You never know exactly what to expect, you are never certain of the course or outcome.

Every moment, fear dictates that you activate the familiar “flight or fight” process that is deeply rooted in your cells. It convinces you that you have no other choice but to remain trapped in its opposites: you can either get hurt or you can avoid pain. But this is a lie that you choose not to believe anymore.

It is pointless to fight pain. Pain shows you the way, it focuses your attention where it is needed, it guides you to what you need to cange, if you do not fear it, if you make pain an ally. This is not done automatically. It requires work, commitment and will.

Creativity verses Education

Are we killing creativity with our educational systems?

I believe we are and so does Sir Ken Robinson:

"If you’re not prepared to be wrong, you'll never come up with anything original.

We stigmatize mistakes.

We are educating people out of their creative capacities.

We have to rethink the fundamental principles on which we are educating our children. I’d have two identical blogs, one in each language. It wouldn’t be difficult since I am bilingual and can do this myself. During the process, I discovered that this was not working out.

When an article is finished and posted, I don’t want to dwell on it anymore. It’s like dwelling in the past and I am not there anymore. It’s not the same for translators, since the work they translate is not their own; it’s something new each time, and the challenge to transfer someone else’s information as best they can, keeps them going.

Besides, being bilingual is not only about language. A part of me inside is English and another part of me is Greek. These are two very different people that have to co-exist and agree in order to be able to move together. Making the one act and think like the other, is not something they always enjoy or accept doing.

What does “learning” mean?

Considering what most of us have experienced at school and during our upbringing, some words, like “learning” have acquired a rather negative energy in our minds. We seldom (if ever) go back to change that initial subconscious interpretation.

The truth is that we continue to learn daily. What we learn and how we learn, depends on the degree that we are conscious of our self.

As you read the following text, think of the way a small child learns…

You learn when you don’t criticize yourself.

Every time you criticize yourself negatively, you impede learning, growing and changing. Every time you concentrate on what you have not yet achieved, what you are not, you draw away from your goal and that which you need to do in order to achieve it.

You learn when you move toward unfamiliar ground, when you abandon the familiar, the known.

Otherwise you merely repeat what you have already achieved. The purpose of life is change, creation and evolvement.

Life means change, transposition, learning, the continuous movement forward. When you deny this procedure you become sluggish, you experience lack of purpose and emptiness inside. Indolence is a habit. It is lack of alertness, lack of interest and broadness. It is the opposite of life.

THE COMFORT ZONE

When does one know that it’s time to move on?

When you can’t find a single reason inside you to keep you where you are and the unknown seems less frightening than the emptiness you feel inside.

Surely there are no guaranties anywhere, either in remaining in the same place or daring to move on to the unknown. Each decision is a risk in its own because each decision is always a mixture of negative and positive data which you have to balance at heart level.

Logic may halt you for a while and force you to consider roles, status, benefits and losses more than you would like to. We have used this intellect to conquer, misuse, demolish and destruct. We are greedy and envious and arrogant no matter how much we gain, accomplish or have. Why?

…Because we live in fear although we are not aware of this. We wake up each day, subconsciously (or consciously) afraid of the unknown and go to bed at night fearing we will not wake up the next day, having no sense of purpose either for the day just past or for the new one awaiting for us. But the truth is that we are asleep, whether we are awake or asleep.

We strive to control our lives because we cannot control death. But death is always at our doorstep and we do not know when or how it is going to strike. We never talk about death in our everyday conversations, we do not think consider death in our daily planning, we rather encounter it as a tragedy instead of the gift it really is.

We make all sorts of plans trying to program the future; we invest, we calculate, we place our hopes on it but in the process we never really live in the present. We always want more of what we do not have and strive in every (and any) way to get it but never take the trouble of appreciating what we do have. We carry our past with us and repeating it in the present, which we do not notice as we are living in total unconsciousness.

We think we can live alone and ignore the people around us. We take them for granted and see them only as means to achieve our desires. We are afraid to open our hearts because we are afraid of the pain of the obligation of facing our inner demons. We isolate everything and everyone that threatens us, that we do not understand and build sand castles to hide away in.

We have lost touch with nature and so we have become even more vulnerable and exposed. The more material power we acquire, the more vulnerable we become. We want, and take and take and take but we give back nothing.

There are no exceptions! We are all responsible from where we stand, in the choices that we make each moment. Every day that we do not do what’s right, we are losing an option. And we are losing our options every day.

The cycle of life is violated because the balance of give and take is disrupted. We are a society of consumers, driven by economics, not by common sense. The structure of the world is such that it operates on natural law. There can be no excess in nature; a balance has to be restored in any way. But we are so deaf and blind that we cannot even see this, our own doing, and where it is heading us. We are quickly approaching a stone wall… have we passed the point of no return? I believe we have not.

What will make us awaken and become conscious of what we are creating? What can turn around this destructive behavior, which is based on Ego and fear and loneliness? How do we accomplish a shift in consciousness?

Failure and destruction and negativity cannot do this. We do not learn from our mistakes. On the contrary, we repeat them over and over again. And each time the consequences are far more terrifying and far more destructible than before. History has proved many times over that no matter how much good we accomplish, we will always create much worse than good. No matter how many wise leaders we have to guide us, we will always create many more fearless destructors who we will willingly follow.

If we do not have a moral question in our governing process, we do not have a process that is going to survive. Digest that for a second…

Power is always in the people’s hands.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." (Edmund Burke (1729 1797)

A moral society can only be based on moral beings. Each person makes a difference and each person has a constant choice to create responsibly or not. Each person contributes to the collective consciousness every moment of every day with his thoughts, emotions and actions in real life. We cannot be deceived unless we permit ourselves to live unconsciously. If we do not think for ourselves, someone is always willing to do our thinking for us. If we are not our own leader, we will always allow someone else to lead our life.

It is tempting to sit back or give up the fight. It seems enormous and pointless. We need much more collective positive energy to overturn the collective negative energy that is around us. And yet, that is the only choice we really have: either to lie back and accept our fate (a “fate” that we are co-creating with our apathy and non-involvement) or to take a stand accepting the responsibility we each have to be aware of our contribution.

But that is not a decision we make only once in our lifetime. That is a decision we are called to make every minute of every day of our lives in everything that we do or do not do.

It is more important to think responsibly than recycle our trash to be “good” citizens or outwardly “responsible” beings. It is more important to free our emotions from our past than to do philanthropic deeds for the “liberation” of our souls. It is more important to realize our true intentions behind our needs than to pretend that we are able to hypothesize the intentions of others. It is more important to be honest about our temporary inability to understand and forgive than to forgive out of pride of our false spiritual superiority.

And it is more important to worship the sun, the plants, each other, the earth and life (because God is in all of these) than to build grand churches to hide the nakedness of our soul in, follow rituals out of habit and make enemies out of all who do not follow or adopt our own limited view of life.

The Obama Deception

About This Film:

(Note: This film is relevant not only to America, but to all citizens globally, including Australia, the UK. It is happening everywhere.)

The Obama Deception disassembles the carefully contrived myth surrounding Obama, a fable engineered by the captains of the New World Order and foisted upon us by the corporate media. Obama is a meticulously crafted fraud designed to pacify a gullible public as the global elite work to institute their plan for world government, beginning with the implementation of a North American Union and a new Bank of the World that will dominate the planet through carbon taxes and brutal military force.

The Obama Deception reveals how Obama, as a front man for the global elite, is moving America toward fascism and trashing our cherished constitutional republic - severely eroded under the reign of his predecessor- by destroying the Second Amendment, unleashing domestic civilian spies, engaging in warrantless wiretaps, and moving the nation toward martial law. The Obama Deception also reveals how the international bankers engineered the global economic crisis and deviously plan to use this catastrophe to consolidate wealth and bring about their long sought after goal of world government and a prison planet.

If you value liberty and the future of the republic — indeed, the future of humanity — it is crucial you see this film and tell others about it. Until all are made aware, humanity will remain captive to the masters of the New World Order.

This film WAs produced by Alex Jones at InfoWars. it is not only available for free distribution but it is encouraged. please pass this on to everyone you know.....

Copy/paste and email this link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAaQNACwaLw

A subjective world

The reality that each of us is aware of is an entirely subjective reality, much as we’d like to believe that is it objective.

We see what we have been programmed to see and we exclude all data that does not suit our own internal reality. As outside, so it is inside. Our senses correspond as tools, to our mind’s commands. Our body responds automatically to the commands it accepts from our thoughts.

Have you ever been frightened by a thought, only to realize, immediately afterwards, that it wasn’t real? There is only a teaching disability.

Millions of dollars are spent only on identifying “dys-lexia”, with ambiguous tests and opposing specialists, all leaving a foggy trail behind, supporting a massive industry that thrives on “dys-lexia”.

Labeling is easy and a need for the part of brain that is responsible for causing the problem in the first place. Parents see the identification as a relief and accept their child’s “problem” as a fact.

There is no brain disorder.

But there is a brain difference.

Our civilization is afraid of differences and thus finds a way to keep them at a “safe distance” by attempting to fix, heal and change whatever spoils the “normal” perception.

Who is capable of describing “dys-lexia”?

Each field of expertise will give you a different definition of “dys-lexia”. It is a different matter to the educator, the psychologist, the neuroscientist etc. Each has the need to support his own view against another. Seldom do scientists, educators, counselors agree or cooperate in their research, findings and interventions for the good of the child and society as a whole.

Each “dys-lectic” person will tell you a different story about his “dys-lexia”, according to their experiences, the traumatic school encounters, their achievements or failures in life, their emotional state and belief system.

Can “dys-lexia” really be put in a box?

Do we have to have a name for everything, categorize everything and thus stop paying attention to it (because that is what we do when we think we know)?

Are we so afraid of change, the unknown, a different possibility that we cannot (or won’t) see what is in front of us?

How long still will we have the need to hypnotize ourselves in our little matrix world pretending that nothing exists outside it because we are afraid to tear down our antiquated ways?

Do we need to start thinking differently about “dys-lexia”?
